Contemporary Custom Home Design: Everton Park

This new contemporary custom built home utilises different exterior finishes to add contrast and a point of difference, and was the clients personal taste for their dream home.

It was a four bedroom, two bathroom house that had a very clean, open living design.  The kitchen and main lounge room opened out onto the deck and pool area allowing lots of light into the room to create an very coastal living style.  Wood panelling was used in rooms to add warmth and the bathrooms were modern and practical.  By using louvered windows throughout, it allowed entry breezes for passive cooling. Bamboo flooring was laid throughout.

Who would have thought this house is in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane, as it has true coastal appeal.
